In this role you will have the opportunity to develop and implement advanced algorithms for radar systems contributing to the success of critical commercial defense projects. To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of radar signal processing techniques, and a drive to continuously improve and innovate.\nResponsibilities\nTechnical challenges cover a broad range of disciplines including antennas, the entire transmit and receive chain, radar system modeling, ground moving target identification, electronic warfare, maritime surveillance, image processing, algorithm development for advanced Radar image products and exploitation\nDesign, development, and analysis of radar system architectures\nDesign and implementation and testing of algorithms for detection, discrimination and tracking systems\nModeling and simulation of system designs to demonstrate performance metrics\nDevelop unique solutions and efficient implementations of signal processing algorithms for challenging mission applications\nUse common industry signal processing tools such as MATLAB, Python or C++ to analyze data and generate algorithms\nAnalyze system level signal propagation, RF system performance, requirements development and review\nCollaborate with a broad range of cross-functional teams including hardware, mechanical, software, programmanagement, and senior leadership\nNice To Have\nExperience with spatial array processing, beamforming and angle of arrival (AoA) algorithms\nExperience with FMCW and automotive radar signal processing chains\nExperience with MIMO arrays\nExperience with adaptive and subspace estimation techniques, such as MVDR, MUSIC, and STAP\nExperience with Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) signal processing algorithms such as backprojection, polarformatting, range migration algorithm, etc.\nQualifications\nBS in engineering, mathematics, physics, or other related technical field (at least 2+ years experience)\nMS in engineering, mathematics, physics, or other related technical field (0-2+ years of experience)\nExperience in digital signal processing, radar signal processing, probability and statistics, and algorithm development.\nProficiency in MATLAB, working knowledge of Pyhton. \nMust be eligible toobtain and maintain a U.S. TS
