and optimize plating line processes to achieve consistent quality and efficiency.\nRespond to process problems that are not solved by production operators through standard troubleshooting procedures \nCollaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to resolve technical challenges.\nInvestigate and solve process related failures by driving to root cause \nDrives yield improvements and defect reduction efforts \nResponsible for monitoring chemical condition of plating baths and water treatment and supervises lab technicians \nAssures that process related SOP’s and work instructions received from other facilities are fully applicable to local situations, are translated to the local language, and are available and properly understood by production personnel\nTo implement, maintain and comply with all Solstice’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Security policies, procedures, work instruction, standards or best practices and applicable Law & regulations, that related to their job/function. \nTo ensure employees under supervision, understand, implement, maintain and comply with all Solstice’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Security policies, procedures, work instruction, standards or best practices and applicable Law & regulations, that related to their job/function. \n Requirements:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Chemical engineering or science.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience.\nHands-on Electroplating / Plating process experience is essential.\nStrong knowledge of process troubleshooting, problem solving, and root cause analysis.\nExperience with chemical/process control, FMEA, Control Plans, or related manufacturing quality tools would be an advantage.\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.\nPositive, proactive, and can-do
