You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes, ensuring that all products meet or exceed industry standards.\nYou will report directly to our ESM Materials Quality Director and you’ll work out of our Orange, TX location.\nIn this role, you will impact the overall quality and reliability of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues\nConduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards\nAnalyze data and implement corrective actions to improve product quality\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes\nInteract with customers resolving quality and reliability concerns / feedback\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as chemical, science, technology, or engineering\n3+ years of hands-on experience in quality engineering role in a manufacturing environment\nKnowledge of data analysis and SPC techniques\nKnowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools\nWE VALUE\nMaster’s degree\nExperience in a global organization\nExperience in leading offering management teams\nGreen or black belt certification\nCOMPENSATION\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $84,775-$105,940. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
