recons are delivered with quality and drive closure of aged / unreconciled / invalid items as per policy. \nSupport in new SAP implementation & ensure stabilization within 3 month ends\nCoordinate and support Internal audit, external audit and SOX Compliance\nCenter Entity Controller:\nEnsuring quality & timely submission of International Tax Packs & Workbooks for 10k & 10Q fillings. \nOversee the deliverables from BPO partners delivering GA operations. \nEnsure a regular connection with BPO partners, key stakeholders in finance and business to deliver US GAAP compliant financials.\nIdentify and lead process improvement opportunities, lead the project and ensure completion\nResponsible for transitioning Controllership Ops activities & ensuring due diligence on all new Controllership ops transition and new work / growth\nPartner with business on new initiatives and join projects\nProvide financial reports, analysis, explanations and advice based on knowledge of financial info, relevant GAAP & supporting SAP systems to SBU/auditors\nManage the ad-hoc queries from business / in-country team / other stakeholders.\n Bachelor Degree in Finance or equivalent with strong finance operational background \nChartered Accountant/ICWA / equivalent with strong academic achievements.\nMin 8-10 years of experience in public accounting and similar industry\nExperience of handling financial statements of companies with international presence and hands on knowledge transition experience preferred\nHands on experience with SAP / Systems knowledge of SAP and HFM\nExtensive knowledge of US GAAP \nKnowledge of R2R concepts, processes and best practices\nGood working knowledge of US GAAP, Local GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley\nGood knowledge of internal control framework / SOX at multinational setup\nProcess orientated with excellent problem solving skills\nStrong technical and analytical skills\nFamiliar with Sarbanes Oxley and Six Sigma\nProject mindset, can identify
