You will report directly to the Chief Development Officer and work on-site at our Morris Plains, NJ headquarters.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nMarket Research & Business Analysis\nConduct market, industry, customer, and competitor research.\nMonitor market trends, emerging technologies, and potential growth opportunities.\nAssist with business cases, growth initiatives, partnership evaluations, and acquisition opportunities.\nPrepare reports and dashboards highlighting key findings and recommendations.\nAI & Digital Productivity\nUtilize AI-powered tools to improve research, analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency.\nAssist in identifying opportunities to incorporate AI into business development processes.\nCreate AI-generated insights, summaries, presentations, and content while ensuring accuracy and quality.\nSupport the Development team in adopting new digital tools and technologies.\nCorporate Presentation Development\nDevelop professional executive-level presentations for Board, leadership, investor, customer, and strategic partner meetings.\nCoordinate the collection and validation of content from multiple stakeholders.\nEnsure presentations align with corporate branding and communication standards.\nProject Coordination\nTrack strategic initiatives, milestones, and deliverables.\nMonitor action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.\nAssist in planning and coordinating business development events, workshops, and leadership meetings.\nExecutive & Administrative Support\nProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Chief Development Officer.\nManage calendars, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.\nCoordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up action items.\nSupport special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.\n Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic plans\nConduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities\nCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive strategic initiatives\nProvide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership\nMonitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape\nLead and mentor junior members of the Strategic Planning team\n YOU MUST HAVE:\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.\n1+ years of experience in business development, strategy, marketing, finance, executive support, or a related role.\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, or comparable productivity and collaboration tools, with the ability to prepare presentations, manage data, coordinate communications, and support cross-functional teams.\nExperience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar productivity platforms preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.\nWE VALUE:\nBusiness Acumen\nMarket & Competitive Analysis\nExecutive Presentation Development\nAI & Digital Fluency\nProject Coordination\nOrganizational Excellence\nAttention to Detail\nCommunication & Collaboration\nConfidentiality & Professional Judgment\nInitiative and Proactive Problem Solving\nCOMPENSATION\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $90,890K - $113,583K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
