You will bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and market-facing storytelling, ensuring Solstice’s innovations in advanced cooling fluids are visible, understood, and respected by global industry leaders.\nIn this role, you will impact Solstice’s positioning as the “gold standard” for low-GWP refrigerants and thermal management solutions by building a strong content engine, elevating industry presence, and strengthening competitive intelligence capabilities.\nYou will report directly to our Global Strategic Marketing Manager, Data Centers, and you will work out of our Morris Plains, NJ or Sunnyvale, CA location on a hybrid work schedule.\nKey Responsibilities:\nIdentify relevant global industry events (e.g., OCP, Data Center World, DCD, ASHRAE) and work with Customer Marketing on execution, for example, speaking opportunities, booths, sponsored content (digital and physical).\nBuild and maintain relationships with industry associations and conference organizers to strengthen Solstice’s thought leadership presence\nTranslate complex technical performance data into compelling case studies, white papers, and technical briefs.\nDevelop and manage marketing collateral including sales decks, brochures, landing pages, and LinkedIn content with Customer Marketing (for material creation).\nDefine creative content, align on marketing channels, media in partnership with Customer Marketing.\nMonitor competitor activity, product launches, and messaging to maintain a real-time competitive landscape view.\nProduce monthly market intelligence reports with actionable insights for leadership and sales teams.\nTrack and incorporate global regulatory trends (e.g., PUE, GWP) into marketing messaging.\nSupport eco-system partnerships with key stakeholders to drive new product development.\nManage global data center portal to support Business Development teams with market analysis.\nYOU MUST HAVE:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field\nExperience: 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in data centers, HVAC, thermal management, or specialty chemicals\nTechnical/Functional Skills: Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts (e.g., cooling technologies, refrigerants)\nProject Management: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously\nCommunication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability\nTravel Requirements: Ability to attend and support global industry events and conferences\nOperational Conditions: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with technical and commercial teams\nWE VALUE:\nExperience working with hyperscaler, semiconductor, or advanced data center ecosystems\nStrong understanding of thermal management technologies\nExperience managing creative agencies and producing high-quality technical marketing assets\nFamiliarity with industry publications and associations (e.g., OCP, ASHRAE, DCD)\nAbility to synthesize market intelligence and translate insights into strategic recommendations\nMarketer with both technical curiosity and creative execution strength\nSelf-starter mindset with the ability to build credibility and influence in emerging markets\nCOMPENSATION\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $138,745K - $172,843K.
