This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment.\n****** This is 3rd Shift, Thursday-Sunday (4/10), and Day Shift *********\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers and production staff to meet daily production goals.\nMonitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.\nOperate and oversee the use of forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other equipment necessary for production tasks.\nConduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and coordinating maintenance as needed.\nTrain new employees on operational procedures, safety protocols, and proper use of tools and equipment.\nMaintain accurate production records and report on performance metrics to management.\nEnforce safety policies within the manufacturing facility, promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members.\nSKILLS\nProven experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.\nMechanical knowledge related to factory machinery, hand tools, power tools, and equipment maintenance.\nExperience operating material handling equipment and familiarity with overall manufacturing environment is preferred.\nLeadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.\nEffective communication skills to lead teams and coordinate with counterpart supervisors across all shifts.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly.\nExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and process monitoring.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.\nPrior experience in manufacturing facility with supervision experience is highly desirable. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team within a dynamic manufacturing setting while contributing to the continuous improvement of operational efficiency.\n YOU MUST HAVE:\nBachelor's Degree in related field or 6 years of manufacturing experience\n1-3 years of leadership experience\nWE VALUE:\n6-10 years manufacturing experience\nExperience in Leadership role\nAbility to lead, drive change and influence others\nAbility to manage multiple conflicting priorities.\nSix Sigma training or certification\nRequires high level of independent judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills. Must be self-motivated.\nThe ability to work effectively with others and demonstrate a positive teamwork approach is required.\nMust be adaptable and flexible to changing work environment and priorities while maintaining productivity/throughput requirements\nCOMPENSATION\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $76,274K - $95,291K.
