You will support process redesign, provide training to users to facilitate rapid adoption of processes and tools, and apply project management and technical expertise to drive transformation programs involving ERP platforms, Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions, automation, analytics, AI, and procurement process standardization. Based at the Monterrey site, this role will drive operational speed and greater synergy with the Procurement organization.\n\nTransformation Strategy & Roadmap Execution\nDevelop and execute the Procurement Transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate procurement processes across global sites.\nEstablish transformation governance, success metrics (KPIs), and implementation timelines.\n\nEnd-to-End Process Redesign & Optimization\nLead strategic transformation initiatives across Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Management, and Analytics.\nDesign and implement best-in-class procurement processes, operating models, and organizational staffing benchmarks.\nEstablish robust Vendor Master Data governance, onboarding compliance, and contract lifecycle management workflows.\n\nTechnology Deployment, Digitalization & AI\nLead the deployment and optimization of modern procurement technologies, including ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA), eProcurement / S2C platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Vroozi), contract management, supplier portals, RPA, and AI solutions.\nDrive the adoption of data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics within procurement.\nTranslate complex business requirements into effective technology solutions and architecture.\n\nTraining, Change Management & Adoption\nManage and lead organizational training on procurement-related processes and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business users, ensuring rapid adoption and ramp-up of new solutions.\n\nPipeline Development & Continuous Improvement\nDrive creative thought processes to develop a pipeline for continuous enhancements in procurement processes and tools, improving data quality, transparency, and operational execution.\n\nLeadership & Stakeholder Alignment\nAct as a strong communicator and strategic partner sitting at the Monterrey site to tie out with procurement leadership, cross-functional executives, and operational site leaders.\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.\n10+ years of proven experience in procurement, transformation, and project management roles.\nProven experience working with procurement ERP modules (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and/or other ERP systems) and Source-to-Pay / Source-to-Contract platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, etc.).\nProven experience coordinating systems and application deployments across enterprise sites.\nStrong data management skills and deep knowledge of procurement data structures.\nWE VALUE\nStrong analytical and innovative mindset to handle multiple projects and meet tight Snowflake) and BI/analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau).\nHands-on experience in organizational change management, end-user training, and post-go-live site
