This is an entry-level position that provides extensive on-the-job training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for electro-refining titanium sponge into high-purity titanium crystal. Initially, all tasks will be performed under direct supervision.\nKey Responsibilities\nLearn and demonstrate proficiency in the operational procedures of the refining department.\nWork alongside Refining Technician Operators Level II, III, or Lead until deemed proficient enough in specific procedures to complete tasks independently.\nUnderstand and execute all safety and emergency procedures relevant to the job.\nSupport and participate in all site safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.\nActively participate in improving the work environment by maintaining cleanliness, practicing good housekeeping, and adhering to all environmental, health, and safety policies.\nParticipate in Continuous Improvement activities.\n You Must Have:\nAbility to work rotating 12-hour shifts, 3 to 4 days a week, depending on the position, with overtime as needed. The refining department consists of 4 different crews covering production 24/7/365.\nAbility to collaborate with others and work independently when trained.\nAbility to troubleshoot where necessary.\nAbility to work in both hot and cold environments as required.\nAbility to work with hazardous chemicals in a production atmosphere, sometimes at elevated heights and high heat.\nWe Value:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nA minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
