Help build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process design into manufacturing operations.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.\nConduct analysis and simulations to optimize manufacturing processes.\nEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.\nProvide technical support and guidance to production teams.\nProcess control (SPC/SQC) and statistical analysis.\n YOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Metallurgical Engineering, Material Science, or Physics is preferred.\nRecent college graduate to 2 years’ experience in an engineering field\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nSix Sigma Green belt (able to complete within the first 12 months)\nWE VALUE\nUnderstanding of physical Metallurgy principles and methodologies\nKnowledge of basic statistics and statistical process control\nExperience with identifying process changes\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work without guidance or supervision\nAbility to accurately identify patterns to solve problems \nCOMPENSATION\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $66867K - $83533K.
