Analyses and Long Term Stability (LTS)\nDefine and deploy incoming, in-process, and final product verifications\nOther activities may be assigned as needed\n Required Qualifications\nAbility to communicate in English and Japanese \n3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environmentBuilt In Quality and Continuous Improvement experience\nWorking knowledge of SPC/SQC, MSA, 8D, 5 Why, FMEA and basic statistical data analysis\nAbility to read and interpret drawings, specifications and relevant standards & regulatory requirements\nPractical experience with ISO 9001 and audit activities\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge and experience in Thermocouples and Temperature Calibration\nExperience with production launches and customer or supplier audits\nExperience with ISO17025 standard deployment\n Ideal Candidate\nAble to balance compliance and practical execution\nData-driven and solution-oriented\nStrong ownership mindset with focus on prevention and
