including spend analysis, Benchmarking, Cost, Market Analysis and Global Technology / Economic trends\nEnsure Relationship development and management with key Supplier Leaderships\nAlign with Site Sales, Marketing, Technology, Business, Operations, Finance and Quality and Other Solstice Businesses\nManage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process, Negotiation, Contracting and supplier performance processes\n University graduate in the fields of Manufacturing, Industrial Eng. technology, Chemicals, Electronics or other relevant fields of study\nKnowledge of 7 step Strategic Sourcing Strategy Methodology \nMinimum of 6+ years experience in Sourcing and procurement including Chemicals buying\nKnowledge of Chemicals spend and supply base\nWorking and/or Leading in Site Team Environments\nProject Management and/or Contract Management Experience\nAdvanced knowledge of written and spoken English\nGood analysing skills, communication skills and customer focus/orientation\nExperience in developing and execution of Sourcing strategies\nExperience finding and developing new sources of supply\nAnd negotiation of Supply agreements and cost reductions\nSAP and Microsoft Excel skills\nProfessional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management\nDemonstrated Business and financial acumen\nExperience with SAP or site relevant ERP systems, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools\nExperience with Six Sigma and Lean
