We are seeking an individual to build, analyze, maintain, and evaluate project schedules in all phases of the solar project lifecycle, with a focus on projects in development. Founded in 2008 and led by its founder, Sol Systems is dedicated to shaping an energy future we can all believe in. \nKey Responsibilities: \nBuild project schedules with input from Project Developers who lead project management of projects until construction.\nTrack progress of individual tasks weekly by integrating input from Project Developer and Subject Matter Experts.\nAnalyze development schedules, helping identify risks, changes in the critical path, and other changes during construction. \nWork alongside Project Developer to identify and report risks to key milestones based on actual vs scheduled progress.\nManage Level 1 through Level 4 schedules depending on the audience and the stage of development.\nBe one of Sol’s subject matter experts in scheduling.\nA successful candidate will possess the following competencies, skills, and attributes: \nBA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent field \nMore than one year experience of working with a project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera and using Critical Path Method \nPMP Certification is ideal \nExperience working in renewable project development or construction is a plus\nLocation & Hours: This is a full-time hybrid role that will be based in our Washington, DC office.\nCommitment & Compensation: The base salary for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
