In this role, you’ll design and implement highly available, secure cloud architectures - and help shape how we use AI-assisted development and agentic/ orchestrated AI capabilities as part of modern cloud platforms.\nKey responsibilities\nArchitect and implement cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)\n\nCollaborate with sales teams, service managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals\n\nDefine and enforce best practices with the team for development, deployment, and DevOps workflows\n\nProvide strategic direction and technical insight to craft solutions that are scalable, sustainable, secure and consistent\n\nYou\nYou’re a cloud professional who is comfortable taking ownership and leading technical direction - and you actively promote AI-assisted development as a practical, everyday way of working.\nRequired skills & experience\nStrong advocate of AI-assisted development workflows, embedding AI assistants into daily development practices (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)\n\nUnderstanding of designing and operating AI-enabled cloud platforms, including agentic systems and orchestration\n\nExperience designing highly available and secure cloud solution architectures\n\nSolid knowledge of one or multiple public clouds: Azure, AWS, GCP\n\nProven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), such as: Bicep/ ARM, Terraform or OpenTofu\n\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes, e.g. AKS and/or EKS\n\nExperience with container technologies and orchestration\n\nGood knowledge of DevOps operating models and CI/CD technologies\n\nWorking proficiency in Finnish or English, both spoken and written\n\nAbility to take on a leadership role within the cloud team - ensuring customer requirements are understood, implemented, and communicated effectively\n\nWhat’s desirable?\nWe’d be thrilled to see that you have experience with agent-based architectures, such as:\nTool using and tool definition\n\nContext and persistent memory handling\n\nMulti-agent collaboration patterns\n\nEvent-driven and workflow-oriented agent systems\n\nAgent identity management\n\nBasic understanding of how language models (LLM, SLM) function\n\nIn addition to that we value\nA pragmatic, customer-focused mindset and the ability to translate requirements into a secure, scalable architecture\n\nClear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nOwnership, collaboration, and a “raise the bar” attitude toward engineering practices\n\nAbout the Cloud Team (Platforms & Services)\nOur Cloud Platforms & Services team is responsible for designing, building, and operating cloud foundations that support customer solutions across Solteq. The team works closely with development, consulting, and service management to ensure cloud environments are stable, secure, cost-effective, and fit for long-term operation.\nThe cloud team plays a key role throughout the lifecycle - from architecture and implementation to operational improvements - and supports customers by managing cloud subscriptions, enabling reliable deployments, and continuously improving performance and sustainability.
