You’ll play a pivotal role in bridging technical execution with business strategy by guiding both customer-facing projects and internal product development.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive adoption of AI-assisted development practices to accelerate integration delivery, improve code quality, and enhance developer productivity\n\nDesign and architect cloud-native integration solutions leveraging Azure, AWS, C#, and .NET technologies\n\nLead end-to-end design for APIs and integration solutions from requirements through implementation and operations\n\nCollaborate with sales teams, service managers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals\n\nEnsure feasibility and sustainability of integration approaches across teams and projects\n\nDefine and enforce best practices together with the team for development, deployment, and DevOps workflows\n\nOffer strategic direction and technical insight in crafting integration solutions that are scalable, sustainable, secure and consistent\n\nDefine integration strategy, target architectures and architectural roadmaps across customer and internal solutions\n\nOwn and govern integration architecture across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with business, security, and technology objectives\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nProven experience in hands-on development as well as architecting integrations on AWS or Azure\n\nStrong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and related frameworks\n\nFamiliarity with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, and API gateway products\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to translate complex tech into business language\n\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations\n\nKnowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and agile ways of working\n\nUnderstanding of AI-assisted software development practices\n\nBonus Skills (Nice to Have)\nExperience of other integration platforms or solutions\n\nAbout the Cloud Team (Platforms & Services)\nOur Cloud Platforms & Services team is responsible for designing, building, and operating cloud foundations that support customer solutions across Solteq.
