The role covers both bug fixes and stabilization of existing functionality as well as design and development of new features. Engineers are expected to work independently with minimal oversight, ramp up quickly on the codebase, and hold themselves to a high standard of code quality, test coverage, and security.\n\nResponsibilities : \n\n1. Bug Fixes & Maintenance : \n\n- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve defects across the React frontend and NestJS backend.\n\n- Triage issues surfaced through Datadog APM, log analysis, and user-reported bugs.\n\n- Fix regressions in campaign workflows, Q&A workflows, webhook delivery, and email notifications.\n\n- Ensure all fixes are covered by unit tests and do not reduce overall test coverage.\n\n- Review and address security vulnerabilities aligned with the OWASP Top 10.\n\n2. Feature Development : \n\n- Design and implement new features end-to-end from REST API contracts and MongoDB data models through to React UI components.\n\n- Extend the LangChain AI agent framework with new agent types (e.g., new summarisation strategies, assessment models, or report generators).\n\n- Build new campaign management capabilities, including enhanced progress tracking, filtering, export formats, and notification workflows.\n\n- Develop new UI components (React + SCSS) consistent with existing design patterns.\n\n- Integrate new internal or third-party services through the APIGEE enterprise gateway.\n\n3.
