The role involves contributing to roadmap execution, working on customer-facing features (including AI-powered capabilities), and partnering with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality products for enterprise customers.\nThe core responsibilities for the job include the following:\nProduct Execution and Delivery:\nOwn and deliver well-defined product features and initiatives within an assigned product area.\nBreak down product requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.\nWork closely with Engineering and Design to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.\nCustomer and Market Understanding:\nParticipate in customer calls, demos, and feedback sessions to understand user needs.\nSupport customer pilots and beta programs by gathering feedback and insights.\nAnalyze usage data and customer inputs to inform product improvements.\nRoadmap Support:\nContribute to roadmap planning and prioritization under the guidance of senior product leaders.\nHelp evaluate trade-offs and dependencies during sprint and release planning.\nMaintain product documentation, release notes, and internal enablement materials.\nAI and Product Innovation:\nWork on AI-powered features, including generative AI-driven experiences, under senior guidance.\nPartner with engineering teams to understand AI capabilities, limitations, and evaluation approaches.\nStay current on AI and product trends and apply learnings to ongoing work.\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nCollaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, and Customer Success teams.\nSupport go-to-market activities by providing product context and responding to field feedback.\nRequirements:\nEducation: MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred;
