Our teams work with modern technologies such as MEAN, MERN, Java, .NET, iOS, Android, and IoT to develop scalable, high-performing applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nInfrastructure & Cloud Management :\n\n- Manage, configure, and maintain Linux/Windows servers and networking components across on-premise and cloud environments.\n\n- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, ECS, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, Lambda, etc.).\n\n- Must have hands-on experience about Web servers like Apache, Nginx, Tomcat etc, Also able to configure the virtual hosts inside any web server.\n\n- Good understanding about to domain and DNS, SSL configurations etc.\n\n- Familiarity with GCP and Azure platforms for hybrid cloud environments.\n\nCI/CD & Version Control :\n\n- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and Bitbucket Pipelines.\n\n- Manage Git repositories, enforce branching strategies, and support development teams with efficient deployment practices.\n\nContainerization & Infrastructure as Code :\n\n- Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker.\n\n- Manage container orchestration through Kubernetes (EKS or self-hosted).\n\n- Automate infrastructure provisioning and scaling using Terraform or other IaC tools.\n\nDatabase & Caching :\n\n- Manage PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB databases with replication, scaling, and backup strategies.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Redis clusters, Elasticsearch, and Amazon OpenSearch for caching, indexing, and search functionalities.\n\nMonitoring, Logging & Security :\n\n- Configure system monitoring and alerting with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.\n\n- Implement network security, data encryption, and IAM best practices for secure operations.\n\n- Conduct regular system health checks, performance tuning, and compliance audits.\n\nAutomation & Scripting :\n\n- Develop automation scripts in Bash, Python, or PowerShell to streamline operational workflows.\n\n- Promote automation-first practices for build, test, and deployment environments.\n\nSystem Architecture & Documentation :\n\n- Design and document ER diagrams, system architecture diagrams, and server topology diagrams using tools such as draw.io, Lucidchart, or AI-based diagram tools.\n\n- Generate architecture blueprints for client projects to ensure scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.\n\n- Maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and workflows.\n\nCollaboration & Mentorship :\n\n- Collaborate with development teams (MEAN, MERN, Java, .NET, Mobile, IoT) to support smooth deployment and troubleshooting.\n\n- Mentor team members and promote DevOps best practices, culture, and automation mindset.\n\n- Provide technical recommendations and assist in cost optimization and capacity planning for clients.\n\nContinuous Improvement :\n\n- Stay updated on emerging DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and AI-driven automation practices.\n\n- Continuously enhance infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance.\n\n- Able to provide the cost-effective solution to the client.\n\n- Quick learner for any new technology deployment on the server.\n\n- Stay current with industry trends and introduce modern DevOps tools and practices.\n\n- Ability to handle client interviews with strong communication.\n\nKey Skills & Requirements :\n\n- 3 -
