Accountant / Bookkeeper

solution25 is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to handle daily bookkeeping tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and compliance. This role plays a key part in keeping our financial operations organized and audit-ready.

Key

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and accounts payable/receivable
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in maintaining internal controls and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and standards
• Support audits by preparing requested documentation and records
• Collaborate with finance and other departments on invoicing, expense tracking, and basic reporting needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and local financial regulations
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP software
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
