This position also performs setup and configuration, proactive monitoring, and maintenance of assigned systems and application delivery technology.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProvides customer service to the end user community via telephone, electronic communications or in person in a timely and professional manner.\nAssist in the implementation, configuration and deployment of server/system infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to supporting both physical and virtual environments across Microsoft and Linux platforms.\nAssist in supporting VMware infrastructure. This includes hardware and software an ongoing administration of the enterprise environment.\nCoordinates with appropriate departmental and organizational resources to install and maintain line of business applications for assigned systems\n\nWho You Are:\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent combination of education and 3-5 years relevant experience, Required\n\nLicensure: Vendor required certification in good standing (or proficiency if vendor accepts) for applications/modules employee is assigned to support.
