The position carries meaningful ownership and accountability, reports to the Manager of Business Intelligence, and is responsible for delivering decision-grade reporting, partnering with stakeholders on KPIs and analytical solutions, improving data quality in collaboration with Data Engineering, and leading self-service BI communications and training.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models supporting business functions\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate them into actionable reporting solutions\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency by validating source data, monitoring report outputs, and documenting assumptions and definitions\nCollaborate with Data Engineering to define analytical requirements and contribute to the design of optimized data models and transformation logic\nSupport self-service BI users through communications, collateral, and training materials\nDocument KPI definitions, data lineage, and reporting assumptions to support consistency and self-service analytics\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve refresh reliability\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nExperience in business intelligence, analytics, or data roles\nProficiency in SQL, including techniques such as CTEs and window functions for dataset manipulation\nFamiliarity with dimensional data modeling and data warehouse concepts\nProficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, Power Query, and dashboard design) or other visualization tooling\nExcellent ownership, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills with the ability to work independently on multiple projects\nExperience collaborating across technical and business teams; ability to translate analytical findings into business insights\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nExperience with SMS/Text Servicing or CPaaS platforms is a plus\nExperience with Payments Services is a plus\nExperience working with CRM and marketing automation data sources (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)\nGeneral Duties and Expectations\nAdhere to the Company's Code of Conduct/Ethics\nCreate and maintain effective working relationships with other Company employees\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively\nProject a professional and appropriate Company image in all dealings with clients, vendors, business partners, and visitors\nEnsure security of information in all matters pertaining to company, client, and consumer information\nContribute to the professional culture within the office and the company overall\nAbout Solutions by Text\nSolutions by Text (SBT) was founded with the mission to deliver impactful conversational messaging and convenient payment solutions.
