Services SFT est à la recherche de candidatures afin de combler un besoin en soins infirmiers à l'unité d'hémodialyse de Rimouski| Bas Saint-Laurent.

Période du mandat :

  • Dès que possible au 19 septembre 2026.
  • Du 31 août au 19 septembre 2026.

Horaire :

  • Jour
  • Du Lundi au Samedi.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Assurer les soins infirmiers auprès des usagers recevant des traitements d'hémodialyse
  • Effectuer l'évaluation clinique et la surveillance de l'état de santé des patients
  • Préparer, installer et surveiller les traitements de dialyse
  • Intervenir rapidement en cas de complications ou de situations d'urgence
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe multidisciplinaire afin d'assurer la qualité et la continuité des soins
  • Compléter la documentation clinique requise

Exigences :

  • Membre en règle de l’OIIQ
  • Expérience en hémodialyse obligatoire
  • Excellentes capacités d'évaluation clinique et d'autonomie professionnelle
