Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.\nJob Description:\n*This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned\nPosition Responsibilities and Duties:\nCoordinating and performing a range of activities to ensure successful operation of Technical Resource team.\nReview, schedule, update and track Aerial IR Inspection PM and CM work orders regarding O&M projects\nQA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors to ensure quality analysis and reports.\nEnsure the Aerial IR reports are being delivered to field teams and clients in a timely manner and corrective actions are scheduled accordingly.\nCompare the findings from the Aerial IR reports with the performance data and internal analytical tools and provide feedback to analysts or to aerial vendors.\nDevelop annual schedule for Aerial IR schedule for preventative maintenance in conjunction with the aerial vendor for Services Operations and Maintenance projects. \nTrack and gather project documents to collect necessary information for DC performance analysis and other relevant scopes.\nWork closely with internal teams and coordinate with aerial vendors on different project deliverables such construction progress & quality monitoring, SWPPP and erosion monitoring, commissioning inspection, and other ad hoc deliverables.\nPartner with the Innovation Team to identify, validate, and expand drone-based scopes that improve technician efficiency, plant performance, and cost savings.\nAttend and document project meetings.\nSchedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and/or other similar activities for supervisors, which may include coordinating travel and lodging arrangements.\nCompleting other responsibilities as assigned\nObjectives or Goals to Measure Performance:\nImprove Inspection Delivery Efficiency\nIncrease Data Quality and Reporting Accuracy.\nOptimize Resource Utilization with accurate scheduling. \nCustomer/Client satisfaction and retention.\nPromote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.\nTimely response times to support requests and resolution.\nMinimum Skills or Experience Requirements:\nMust have operational fundamental knowledge of utility scale solar generators. \nAbility to read and understand construction drawings. \nAbility to review ariel inferred reports for quality and accuracy. \nMinimum of 1-3 years of experience within Application Administration within an IT or related organization.\nMinimum of 1-3 years of experience within an ERP and CMMS Software Platform.\nMinimum of 1-3 years of experience within the PV solar industry.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nProficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Office tools\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills \nExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills \nWork within project team, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently \nProficiency and knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment \nStrong analytical, quantitative, organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate\nStrong ability to multi-task\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.\nSOLV Energy Is an Equal Opportunity Employer\nAt SOLV Energy we celebrate the power of our differences.
