This position is responsible for successfully moving awarded projects through OTS Pre-Construction processes and project set up.This role is fully remote. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.\nJob Description:\n*This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned\nPosition Responsibilities and Duties:\nManage and oversee OTS EPC projects during the pre-construction phase, including scope,schedule, and budget during pre-construction phase.\n\nMaintain OTS Pre-Construction Tracker\n\nAct asmainPOC to EPC Pre-Con on all incoming projects.\n\nAttend all BD to Pre-Con handoffcalls\n\nConfirminitial project budgets and communicate with stakeholders.\n\nIdentifyand manage cost changesduringpre-construction phase.\n\nGeneratejob start forms/settingprojects upinCMiC.\n\nCollaboratewith design team in kicking off designin the constraints of projectschedules\n\nCollaborate with procurement teams to draft project Bill of Materials (BOM).\n\nManagetheexecution ofvendor subcontractsconsideringproject schedule constraints.\n\nCollaborate with EPC Pre-Con in processing SOLV-to-SOLV Agreements\n\nTrack and review SOW exhibits.\n\nWork withManager, OTS ProjectDevelopmentandother Managers toassignappropriateprojectresources.\n\nReview and update project schedules\n\nParticipatein financial/month end reportingfor projects duringpre-constructionphase.\n\nSet up and host thorough project handoffsfrom OTS Pre-Con to OTS PMs\n\nCollaborate with EPC teams to process and import fullproject budgets intoCMiC\n\nSupport a culture of continuous improvement and look for opportunities to improve processes andefficiency.\n\nObjectivesor Goals to Measure Performance:\nSuccessfulproject set-up andhand offto project execution teams.\n\nPromote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.\n\nDeliveringprofessional work products with accuracy, integrity, and excellence.\n\nMinimum Skills or Experience Requirements:\nMinimum of 4 years project management experience preferred but notrequired, proven experience managing multiple projects within multidisciplinary teamsrequired.\n\nMinimum of2years of PV solar industry experience (industrial or utility scale experience desired).\n\nGeneral knowledge of SCADA and/or OT system design, setup,commissioningand support (desired but notrequired).\n\nExperience with basic renewable generation monitoring functions and designs.\n\nCustomer escalation and conflict resolution skillsdesirable.\n\nResource planning and mitigation management.\n\nCost budget management.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nUnderstanding diagrams and schematics including but not limited to, powersystem, networking and control, electrical,mechanicaland civil layouts.\n\nExperience working with schedule software including but not limited to Oracle P6 and/or Microsoft Project.\n\nProficient use of Microsoft office tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook,Sharepoint, Power BI.\n\nExperience using task management toolsisa plus.\n\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.\nSOLV Energy Is an Equal Opportunity Employer\nAt SOLV Energy we celebrate the power of our differences.
