Job Description Summary: The Senior Director, Workforce Capability is responsible for building and leading SOLV’s enterprise approach to developing the technical capabilities required to safely, effectively, and consistently execute our work.This role provides strategic leadership for SOLV’s technical training ecosystem, including functional training, Training Center operations and programming, apprenticeship, workforce readiness, and the learning infrastructure that enables development to scale across the organization. Working closely with Operations, Safety, Quality, Human Resources, and functional leaders, this position establishes the systems, standards, governance, and infrastructure that translate business and workforce needs into scalable capability-building solutions.
