This role is a great opportunity for someone passionate about design who wants to gain hands-on experience on real-world projects.\nYou will work closely with Marketing, Business, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams, as well as the leads, to create visual content for Solvative and Peerfives, including social media, presentations, websites, campaigns, and events.\nThe ideal candidate should be eager to learn, open to feedback, and interested in exploring different areas of graphic design and digital content creation.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in creating graphics for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.\nSupport the team in designing social media posts, banners, presentations, infographics, and other creative assets.\nWork with different teams to understand design requirements and turn ideas into engaging visuals.\nFollow and maintain Solvative and Peerfives brand guidelines across creative work.\nMake design changes based on feedback and ensure final assets are clean and polished.\nOrganize and maintain design files and creative assets.\nExplore new design trends, tools, and AI-powered creative tools.\nSupport the design team with day-to-day creative requirements.\nRequirements\nBasic knowledge of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar.\nGood understanding of basic design principles, including typography, color, layout, and composition.\nCreative mindset with good attention to detail.\nWillingness to learn and take feedback positively.\nGood communication and time-management skills.\nA portfolio, college projects, or examples of personal design work.\nGood to Have\nBasic video editing skills are a plus.\nInterest or experience in creating social media content.\nBasic understanding of UI/UX design is a plus.\nFamiliarity with AI tools for design and content creation.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe’re looking for someone who is creative, curious, enthusiastic, collaborative, and eager to learn.
