The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a good understanding of visual communication, and the ability to work across a variety of creative projects.\nYou will work closely with Marketing, Business, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams, as well as the leads, to create high-quality visual collateral for Solvative and Peerfives, including social media, presentations, websites, campaigns, and events.\nThe role requires someone who can adapt their design approach to different brands and audiences creating professional and polished designs for Solvative, while also developing creative and engaging content for Peerfives and its initiatives, products, and campaigns.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate graphics and visual collateral for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.\nDevelop presentations, banners, social media posts, infographics, and other digital and print assets.\nCollaborate with Marketing, Business, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams and leads to understand requirements and translate ideas into effective visual solutions.\nMaintain brand consistency across Solvative and Peerfives while adapting designs to different audiences and communication needs.\nManage multiple design requests, prioritize tasks, and deliver work within timelines.\nIncorporate feedback and ensure final designs meet the required quality and brand standards.\nOrganize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.\nStay updated with evolving design trends, creative tools, and AI-powered design workflows.\nRequirements\n1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design.\nProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and other relevant Adobe Creative Cloud tools.\nGood understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.\nStrong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.\nGood communication, organization, and time-management skills.\nA portfolio showcasing relevant design work.\nGood to Have\nBasic video editing skills.\nBasic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.\nExperience creating and supporting social media content is a plus.\nBasic understanding of UI/UX design.\nFamiliarity with AI tools for design, content creation, and creative workflows.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe’re looking for someone who is creative, adaptable, curious, collaborative, and open to learning.
