And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.\nAbout the role\nOur Procurement Contract & Hub Operations team, composed of eight people, is integrated into the Procurement Service Line department and focuses on data management in collaboration with the Procurement team.\nAs a Procurement Data Operations Representative, you will work on Procurement data to support Procurement (Buyers) and Supply Chain teams. You will get the opportunity to contribute to data quality and have a positive impact on the Procurement End-to-End process.\nYou will be accountable for:\nImplementing contractual terms negotiated by the buyers such as pricing conditions and payment terms (within the SAP environment), i.e.\n\nUpdating pricing as well as logistics operational data such as transit time and lead time.\n\nMaintaining the contract database, issue related source lists\n\nMaintaining the service master database and e-catalogues\n\nAnalyzing issues related to shipment costs, logistics vendor invoices and contract implementation, and propose corrective actions.\n\nWe offer a permanent contract based on hybrid (2 days per week onsite) working mode.\nAbout you\nRelevant education degree or equivalent in logistics, purchasing, information technology or equivalent. Relevant work experience in Logistics or in Procure-to-Pay.\nCompetencies:\nFluency in written and spoken English (French is a plus)\n\nSAP knowledge and/or S/4Hana Fiori is a plus\n\nMicrosoft tools such as Excel (Power Automate is a plus)\n\nBehaviors:\nProblem-solving mindset\n\nCollaboration\n\nProactivity\n\nAbout the pay\nAttractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:\n€18,650 - €22,400 per year in Portugal \nR$ 55,000 BRL - R$ 70,000 per year in Brazil\n\nYour salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
