This role will be essential in the winning of opportunities for the company, primarily focusing on supporting presales process and opportunities discovery with existing clients.\nAbout the project\nOur client, a global e-commerce leader with a large-scale, service-oriented technology estate and complex cloud infrastructure, is seeking to elevate their customer support technology stack by introducing Agentic AI to streamline case workflow resolutions and by implementing an integrated platform to replace the fragmented set of solutions currently used by support agents.\nUltimately, our client aims to deliver a more personalized and satisfying support experience to end users - improving CSAT, reducing resolution time, and enhancing service quality across all channels.\nWe are developing a customer support research and resolution platform. The platform will include:\ndata layer, provide a federated GraphQL interface that unifies access to multiple backend services, enabling low-latency, real-time data retrieval and transactional operations to support AI-driven workflows.\n\nagentic layer, supporting AI-assisted support workflows with human in the loop for validation and confirmation purposes\n\nresearch capability, allowing end users to intervene when AI is stuck or gives suggestions with low confidence - this capability should enable users to perform additional research, data lookups and actions execution using natural language prompts leveraging LLM and tools (lookups and mutating operations exposed via MCP servers)\n\nThe role will focus on designing, building and optimizing this agentic research flows for research capability.
