You must be able to manage multiple design requests at once, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and deliver polished outputs with little to no revision, even under tight deadlines or changing requirements. If you’re seeking a role that will stretch your creativity, sharpen your technical design skills, and accelerate your growth - and you’re prepared to meet high expectations - we want to hear from you.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign & Creativity\n\nDevelop engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print, digital, and social media platforms.\n\nDesign visual assets for program materials, presentations, reports, and events.\n\nEnsure all creative outputs align with Solve Education!’s brand identity and guidelines.\n\nAdapt designs for various formats, including websites, mobile apps, and social platforms.\n\nCollaboration & Delivery\n\nWork closely with communications, marketing, and program teams to understand design needs.\n\nCollaborate with Solution Designers (UI/UX) and other creatives to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.\n\nManage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.\n\nPresent design concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.\n\nInnovation & Improvement\n\nStay up to date with design trends and tools to keep content fresh and impactful.\n\nExplore creative ways to simplify complex information through infographics and visual storytelling.\n\nContribute new ideas to improve engagement and visibility through design.\n\nSupport video, animation, or motion graphics projects when needed.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nEducation\n\nDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.\n\nWork Experience (at least one of the following):\n\nProven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a strong portfolio of digital and print design.\n\nExperience working in NGOs, education, or social impact sectors is a plus.\n\nFamiliarity with creating design assets for campaigns, events, and educational materials.\n\nSkills & Competencies\n\nProficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; or equivalent).\n\nStrong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.\n\nAbility to create designs that adapt across multiple platforms (print, digital, web, social media).\n\nGood communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.\n\nStrong time management and attention to detail.\n\nOther Requirements\n\nBased in Bandung or willing to relocate to Bandung.\n\nWilling to support occasional program and event-related design needs.\n\nAdditional (Bonus)\n\nExperience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.\n\nFamiliarity with UI/UX principles for digital design collaboration.\n\nKnowledge of social media trends and how to design content that drives engagement.\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nYou’ll be joining a team with a bold mission to transform education.
