Translate strategic objectives into clear workplans, timelines, and deliverables, proactively managing risks and adjustments.\n\nTeam & Stakeholder Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, partners, and beneficiaries to ensure alignment and accountability. Provide guidance and oversight to program staff, interns, or volunteers, and cultivate strong relationships with funders and external stakeholders.\n\nOperational & Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day program operations, including budgets, resources, and reporting. Ensure efficiency, compliance with internal policies, and adherence to donor and partner requirements.\n\nMonitoring, Evaluation & Reporting: Track KPIs, outcomes, and impact against targets. Lead structured, evidence-based reporting and use data insights to strengthen performance and organizational learning.\n\nProblem-Solving & Adaptability: Respond decisively to operational challenges, maintaining readiness to adapt programs to evolving needs, risks, or opportunities.\n\nTechnology-Enabled Execution: Leverage tools such as Google Workspace, project management platforms, and AI solutions to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support program scalability.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or equivalent leadership roles.\n\nProven ability to lead complex projects independently with high accountability.\n\nWilling to work onsite in our HQ in Bandung.\n\nWilling and flexible to travel domestically and internationally when required, including conducting on-site visits to partner locations and communities across different cities or countries.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English (interviews will be conducted in English).\n\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.\n\nFamiliarity with Google Workspace, project management software, and reporting tools.\n\nHigh attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.\n\nFast learner with initiative and a solution-first mindset.\n\nBonus Points If You Have\n\nExperience managing education, youth, or non-profit sector programs.\n\nKnowledge of monitoring & evaluation frameworks and impact reporting.\n\nExperience managing budgets and donor/partner reporting requirements.\n\nApplied experience using AI tools for project management or reporting.\n\nPrevious experience leading geographically distributed or multicultural teams.\n\nWhat You’ll Gain\n\nThis role offers real ownership and high visibility.
