You must stay calm under pressure, take full ownership of outcomes, and deliver measurable results - even when requirements shift mid-week or feedback requires immediate turnaround.\n\nIf you’re seeking a role that will stretch your leadership capacity, sharpen your execution instincts, and accelerate your growth - and you’re prepared to meet high expectations - we want to hear from you.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For\n\nYou will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of programs, translating strategy into execution while ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact.\n\nLead the end-to-end design and delivery of Malaysia-based programs, translating strategy into clear plans, timelines, and outputs.\n\nWork closely with JPN, MoE, and other relevant Malaysian authorities to ensure alignment, approvals, and compliance.\n\nCoordinate internal teams, partners, schools, and beneficiaries to ensure effective execution and accountability.\n\nOversee program operations, including budgets, resources, documentation, and donor/government reporting.\n\nTrack KPIs, outcomes, and impact, using data and insights to improve program performance.\n\nRespond effectively to operational challenges, policy changes, and shifting priorities.\n\nUse tools such as Google Workspace, project management platforms, and AI solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n3-5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably involving government or public-sector collaboration in Malaysia.\n\nExperience working with MoE, JPN, or other local authorities is strongly preferred.\n\nStrong ownership, execution discipline, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English.\n\nHigh attention to detail, sound judgment under pressure, and a solution-oriented mindset.\n\nBonus Points If You Have\n\nExperience managing education, youth, or non-profit sector programs.\n\nKnowledge of monitoring & evaluation frameworks and impact reporting.\n\nExperience managing budgets and donor/partner reporting requirements.\n\nApplied experience using AI tools for project management or reporting.\n\nPrevious experience leading geographically distributed or multicultural teams.\n\nWhat You’ll Gain\n\nThis role offers real ownership and high visibility.
