By joining our team, youll be at the forefront of helping clients with innovative energy solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelops and manages budget, schedule, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines for assigned projects\n\nActively manages project changes directly with the Client in coordination with the Project Manager\n\nReviews lower-level engineering work or assignments; may serve as the engineer of record for assigned projects\n\nBuilds strong working relationships with project leadership, design teams, and support staff\n\nCommunicates client interests and drivers to project team members and develops approaches to accommodate these concerns\n\nProvides support to business development and pursuit activities\n\nOccasional travel to support site visits, design reviews, and client meetings\n\nConsistently and independently applies knowledge while complying with company quality programs\n\nEnsures client and industry standards are maintained on assigned projects\n\nProvides guidance, mentorship, and direction to team members\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) or design services overhead transmission line projects for investor-owned utilities in the United States\n\nEight years of experience in high-voltage overhead transmission line design with strong understanding of PLS-CADD, line routing, structural loading design, foundation design, and overall project lifecycle\n\nExcellent communication skills and an interest in engaging with clients to grow relationships\n\nAdvanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards\n\nWorking knowledge of interdisciplinary project coordination: procurement, subcontract administration, permitting, real estate and land acquisition, and construction support\n\nFamiliarity with proposal processes and developing engineering estimates\n\nP.E. License highly preferred\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelors degree in engineering from an accredited program (domestically or internationally)\n\nMinimum of 8 years related work experience\n\nAbility to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, which may include background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations\n\nCertifications\nMost positions require professional registration or licensure in the designated home office country, or active pursuit of such registration.
