Here, you will make an impact by:\nParticipating in and/or leading technical design sessions to formulate technical designs that minimize maintenance, maximize code reuse and minimize testing time\nDeveloping code according to business and technical needs, creating test data, performing unit/integration tests and collaborating with team to ensure functionality meets client expectations\nPerformance and stress testing of assigned functionality to ensure client expectations for software responsiveness and resource utilization are met\nSupporting the identification, design and development of new automation - including Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery - to increase quality and team efficiencies\nParticipating in retrospective reviews to identify and implement process improvement ideas\nParticipating in and/or leading client product/feature demonstrations\nIdentifying risks; risk management in support of release goals\nAddressing and resolving issues identified by client\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nExperience with Java software development\nExperience with Python software development\nExperience with Web services and web application development (REST, JavaScript/Angular)\nExperience with Linux shell scripting\nExperience using git and/or Jira\nExperience with Gradle, Ant, or Maven\nExperience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)\nFamiliar with SQL and relational database design\nKnowledge of Agile methodology and experience working with distributed team members\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to solve problems in a logical, methodical, and time efficient manner\nSolventum is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in our recruitment process.
