Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.\nThe Impact You’ll Make in this Role\nAs the Americas Facilities Management Manager, you will lead the delivery and performance of facilities management services across assigned sites in North, Central, and South America. You will partner with site leaders, business stakeholders, EHS, Procurement, Finance, and external service providers to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, cost-effective, and consistent facility operations.Here, you will make an impact by:\nLeading integrated facilities management (IFM) operations and service delivery across assigned Americas sites.\n\nManaging hard and soft facilities services, including building operations, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, utilities, maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, mailroom, workplace support, and other site services as applicable.\n\nManaging third-party facilities service providers to contractual requirements, service levels, KPIs, SLAs, and financial commitments.\n\nDriving preventive and predictive maintenance, work-order management, asset reliability, and effective use of CMMS/IWMS and building technology platforms.\n\nPartnering with site Facilities Operations leaders while maintaining clear local budget ownership and service accountability.\n\nEnsuring facilities operations comply with applicable regulatory, EHS, security, quality, and company standards.\n\nSupporting facilities-related capital planning, lifecycle replacement, infrastructure upgrades, and project execution with Engineering, Real Estate, EHS, and business stakeholders.\n\nDeveloping and monitoring operating budgets, forecasts, cost-saving initiatives, and vendor financial performance.\n\nEstablishconsistent operating standards, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across the region.\n\nLeading supplier performance reviews and corrective actions to improve service, productivity, reliability, and cost.\n\nSupporting business continuity, emergency preparedness, critical infrastructure reliability, and escalation management.\n\nLeading, coaching, and developing regional facilities team members.\n\nFinancial Oversight and Governance:\nPartner with finance teams to ensure accurate reconciliation of payments against leases, contracts, and commitments.\n\nIdentify and address financial gaps, leaks, and inefficiencies in payment workflows.\n\nDevelop robust reporting and analytics capabilities to track financial health and process performance.\n\nEnsure single source of truth databasemeets requirements of the business and aligns with partner delivery contracting.\n\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one,Solventumrequires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree or higher AND 10 years of direct function related experience\n\nOR\nHigh School Diploma/GED AND 14 years of direct function related experience\n\nAND\nIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:\nEight (8) years of experience in real estate transactions and facilities management\n\nTen (10) years experience managing multi-country portfolios across the Americas\n\nTen (10) years experience in a role requiring strong negotiation, contract, and financial analysis skills\n\nTen (10) years experience managing outsourced service providers\n\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nExperience working internally for alarge healthcare manufacturing company\n\nExperience working with multiple technology platforms\n\nExcellent verbal and written communications\n\nAbility to communicate, influence, and collaborate across regional stakeholders\n\nStrong business, contract language, and financial acumen\n\nDemonstrated leadership experience\n\nWork location:\nHybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Eagan, MN or San Antonio, TXat least 3 days per week)\n\nTravel: May include upto10%international\nMust be legally authorized to work inthe countryof employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).\nSupporting Your Well-being\nSolventumoffers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
