This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a key element of Solventum’s Global Finance organization and contribute to building a strong, effective internal control environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in SOX and IT SOX compliance, internal audit execution, and internal control methodologies, combined with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.\nAs an IT Audit Supervisor, you will lead portions of the SOX, IT SOX, and internal audit program supporting the global Internal Audit team working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and the US Internal Audit and SOX teams. You’ll gain exposure to diverse business processes across our global footprint and have opportunities to develop your technical, leadership, and communication skills in a dynamic environment.\nHere, you will make an impact by:\nLeading the execution of Business Process SOX testing, IT SOX testing, IT Application Control testing, and internal auditsensuring quality, consistency, and timely completion.\n\nReviewing and approving testing workpapers and documentation prepared by auditors.\n\nCollaborating with the US Internal Audit leadership to align on testing scope, approach, and timelines.\n\nSupporting the development of control testing attributes and applying risk-based testing methodologies.\n\nPartnering with process and control owners to assess remediation progress, evaluate root causes, and ensure sustainable control improvements.\n\nCoordinating with external auditors on testing coverage, timing, and reliance strategies.\n\nAssisting in maintaining comprehensive audit documentation, including process flows, risk and control matrices, and issue summaries.\n\nProviding guidance, coaching, and feedback to local Audit team members to promote accuracy, consistency, and professional growth.\n\nContributing to ongoing initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and standardization within the Audit team.\n\nFostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement across the Internal Audit organization.\n\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Information System, Accounting, Finance, or a related field\nCPA, CISA, CIA, or CA or equivalent certification required\n7+ years of SOX or internal audit experience\nBig 4 or internal controls background preferred\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nIn-depth knowledge of US GAAP, COSO, PCAOB auditing standards, SOX, and internal control best practices\n\nExperience with SAP S/4 HANA and complex data environments\n\nDemonstrated ability to evaluate control design and operating effectiveness using a risk-based approach\n\nProven experience supporting end-to-end SOX and IT SOX programs or internal control frameworks\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills\n\nEffective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact across multiple levels and geographies\n\nExperience leading remote or global teams and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment\n\nA continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to high-quality execution\n\nWork location:\n· Hybrid\nDomestic Travel: May include up to [20%]\nSupporting Your Well-being\nSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
