Here, you will make an impact by:\nLeads Regional Real Estate portfolio management and effective Regional Facilities Management for all locations\nLeads continuous improvement efforts\nImplements strategic and operational plans for the effective management of the entire regional portfolio\nDetermines effectiveness and future portfolio & IFM requirements and recommends actions to leadership\nSupports the organization in achieving corporate goals and objectives\nWillingness to be available to respond to emergency issues outside of normal hours\nYour Skills and Expertise \n To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree or higher OR\nFundamental experience in Facilities Management and Real Estate\nIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:\nExperience in leading Facilities Management at a country or regional level\nKnowledge of SFG20 and similar industry standard building management practices\nExperience of managing and developing working relationships with 3rd party service providers\nExperience managing both leased and owned property portfolios\nCurrent, valid Driver’s License preferred but not essential \nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nA vocational accreditation related to Facilities or Building Management from an accredited institution\nSkills include effective team leadership, excellent written and verbal communication, working with complex teams, project management and problem solving \nWork location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow remote work with travel to Düsseldorf)\nTravel: May include up to 10% domestic or international travel\nMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).\nSupporting Your Well-being\nSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
