Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.\nThe Impact You’ll Make in this Role\nSolventum is seeking a highly motivated leader for our innovative autonomous coding platform, which uses AI technology to automate accurate coding and reimbursement of health care claims and improve the quality of health care. Our cross-functional agile teams develop medical coding products designed to optimize revenue cycle operations. If you have leadership skills, relevant clinical or technical experience, an urge to automate, and are driven to deliver innovative solutions to customers that can improve patients’ lives, we’d love to talk with you.\nOwn release planning for the product workflow, including creation and prioritization of initiatives and EPICs aligned to roadmap, customer value, and business goals.\nLead weekly meta-scrum discussions with Development, Product Analysis, and cross-functional partners to provide business updates, clarify EPICs, and align roadmap execution.\nConduct voice-of-customer activities, market research, usage analysis, surveys, and feedback reviews to identify workflow improvements, customer needs, competitor insights, and opportunities to delight customers.\nDevelop product strategy and long-term roadmap direction, including ROI, feature adoption, integration plans, reference site strategy, technology gaps, and innovation opportunities.\nIdentify key performance indicators, track product performance, and develop data visualizations and reports to communicate insights, financials, and product progress to stakeholders.\nSupport business reviews and stakeholder deliverables, including monthly Bowler updates with financials, quarterly marketing roadmap slides, sales updates, and product-level P&L readiness.\nCollaborate with Marketing to collect VOC, support ROI development, strengthen internal product awareness, contribute to internal forums, and grow the internal brand of the product.\nCoordinate with Sales and Commercial partners on workflow inquiries, pricing coordination, tender responses, customer-facing updates, product demos, thought leadership, and market-facing product positioning.\nManage NPI activities, CMR approvals, quarterly webinar content, and training needs in partnership with internal teams supporting customers and field readiness.\nProvide demos to stakeholders during development to validate that product functionality meets targets and supports complementary features across related products and workflows.\nSet clinical and technical direction and establish, prioritize, and work with product development teams.\nChampion Agile principles throughout the organization.\nCreate an atmosphere of innovation and enable professional growth.\nOwn conflict and change management activities to support team productivity.\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Eight (8) years of clinical software experience. \nAND\nIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:\nEight (8) years of Medical Coding expertise in Outpatient Facility settings (Same Day Surgery, ED, Observation, Ancillary).\nDemonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to support business decision-making.\nCoding Certification (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, COC).\nExperience using data analysis tools, including SQL, Power BI, and Amazon QuickSight, to query, analyze, and report on data.\nExperience applying statistical methods and techniques to analyze data and evaluate predictive models.\nExperience communicating technical and business information to diverse audiences through written, verbal, and presentation formats.\nExperience gathering, analyzing, and incorporating user, customer, or stakeholder requirements into business or technical solutions.\nExperience with web analytics tools.\nExperience communicating clinical concepts and terminology to technical and non-technical audiences through written, verbal, and presentation formats.\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\n8+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis or a related role.\nFamiliarity with product management methodologies.\nKnowledge of Agile methodology and experience working with distributed team members.\nAbility to solve problems in a logical, methodical, and time-efficient manner.\nAbility to direct and influence others.\nWork location:\n· Remote\nTravel: May include up to 10% of domestic\nRelocation Assistance: Not authorized\nMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).\nSupporting Your Well-being\nSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
