Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.\nThe Impact You’ll Make in this Role\nLeading the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to drive business process automation and digital transformation.\nImplementing end-to-end applications, workflows, dashboards, and integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, and third-party APIs) while ensuring security and compliance standards are met.\nGathering business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing current processes, and translating needs into functional and technical specifications.\nSupporting ongoing operations by troubleshooting issues, optimizing existing solutions, providing enhancements, and training business users to maximize adoption and value. Support critical production issues and ensure high availability & business continuity.\nYour Skills and Expertise\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn new business processes and technologies\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across diverse teams\nAbility to document solutions, train end-users, and promote adoption of Power Platform tools\nFamiliarity / Hands-on experience creating and deploying Copilot agents and integrating AI-driven capabilities into Power Platform solutions\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices for CI/CD in Power Platform\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nBachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5+ years of experience in application development, solution design, or related IT field\n3+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)\nExperience designing and developing model-driven and canvas Power Apps to automate business processes and improve user experience\nStrong knowledge of Power Automate for building complex workflows, approvals, and system integrations\nUnderstanding of governance, security roles, solution management, and best practices in a Power Platform environment\nExperience working with Microsoft Dataverse, MS SQL, and Azure SQL as data sources and integration points.\nWork location:\n· Hybrid\nDomestic Travel: May include up to [20%]\nSupporting Your Well-being\nSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
