Here, you will make an impact by:\nServe as a member of the Forest City Distribution Center Operating Committee and direct supervisor for the Inventory, Customer Service, and Return Goods departments.\nDetermine departmental procedures that sets the standards for continuous improvements.\nSupport the warehouse operation in leading improvement activities in the Inventory, Customer Service, and Return Goods areas to maximize output, minimize operation costs, and support a positive work environment.\nBe a core resource for the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning software at the Forest City Distribution Center.\nWillingness to be on-call and support the Inventory Control, Customer Service, and Return Goods core tasks at the Forest City Distribution Center than runs 7 days per week.\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree or higher AND a minimum of (4) four years of Supply Chain Experience in a private, public, government, or military environment\nOR\nHigh School Diploma/GED from AND a minimum of (8) eight years in Supply Chain Experience in a private, public, government, or military environment\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\n3 years of leadership experience\n Experience leading lean six sigma and / or continuous improvement projects.\nProven experience in learning and implementing new systems in operation.\nAbility to communicate effectively in verbal and written format to a variety of size audiences.\nExperience using SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system a plus.\nWork location: Onsite- Forest City, Iowa\nTravel: May include up to 5% domestic/international\nRelocation Assistance: May be authorized\nMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).\nSupporting Your Well-being\nSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
