Here, you will make an impact by:\nHow you will make an impact\nLeading global Accounts Payable process standardization, governance, and best practices across the Procure-to-Pay organization\nOwning global AP process standards, controls, documentation, and KPI frameworks to drive consistent execution across regions and service delivery organizations\nPartnering across Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, business, and technology teams to resolve complex process issues and drive improvement opportunities\nLeading AP process optimization and technology enablement, including automation, workflow, analytics, and supplier experience improvements\nSupporting the Global Process Owner in advancing end-to-end P2P governance, optimization, and transformation\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or higher AND 8 years of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Shared Services experience\nOR\nHighschool/ GED AND 12 years of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Shared Services experience \nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nExperience leading Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay process improvement, standardization, governance, or transformation initiatives\nExperience working across global, cross-functional organizations and/or shared service operating models\nKnowledge and understanding of 1099 preparation and key process requirements\nFluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal\n8+ years of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Shared Services experience within a large global organization\nHealthcare, life sciences, medical device, or MedTech industry experience\nExperience with ERP and AP technology platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, A+, VIM, or similar tools\nExperience working within global shared services and/or business process outsourcing operating models\nStrong analytical, stakeholder management, continuous improvement, and change management capabilities; Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar experience preferred\nWork location:\nRemote - USA\nTravel: May include up to 10%domestic/international\nRelocation Assistance: May be authorized\nMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).\nSupporting Your Well-being\nSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
