(Thermo Fischer). This is a significant milestone for the P&F business, allowing for the strategic investment and resources needed to sustain growth and deliver customer solutions. However, the position is in a country where the transfer of employees to Thermo Fisher is delayed until a later date. Until the transfer is complete, you will be employed by Solventum, and your employment is subject to all applicable terms and conditions as outlined in our employment agreement and company policies.\nThe Impact You’ll Make in this Role\n As part of our Process Technology Team, you will contribute to defining, enabling, and executing the manufacturing process strategy across the Filtration and Separation Division network. The team ensures the network is technically capable, capacity-aligned, cost-competitive, and scalable to meet current and future customer demand.\nA Day in the Life:\nServe as a technical authority for manufacturing process capability and network readiness\nOptimize production processes, implement new technologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives\nEnsure the efficient manufacture of high-quality products while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements\nManage process improvement projects to drive cost reductions, improve efficiencies, and enhance manufacturing capabilities across our operations\nProvide technical expertise for new product introductions\nDevelop and validate manufacturing processes\nImplement automation solutions\nWork with cross-functional teams including but not limited to R&D, Quality, Production, and other departments\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree or higher - preferred major in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related field))\nExperience Required: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar)\nExperience in process validation, equipment qualification, and change control management\nExperience with automation systems, PLCs, and manufacturing control systems\nExperience with risk assessment methodologies and root cause analysis\nAdvanced knowledge of English\nIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:\nStrong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements\nProficient in statistical analysis and continuous improvement methodologies\nStrong project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams\nDemonstrated success implementing process improvements and cost reduction initiatives\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools\nAbility to travel up to 25% as needed\nWork location: Onsite, Wrocław - Kwidzyńska 6\nTravel: May include up to 25% international\nRelocation Assistance: May be authorized\nSolventum is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in our recruitment process.
