Here, you will make an impact by:\nSupporting marketed medical device and drug products by managing changes, handling complaints, conducting CAPA, leading risk management, performing design validation, developing and validating physical and analytical test methods, and ensuring compliance with our QMS and global medical device and drug product regulations.\nReviewing batch records for drug product release, investigating, escalating, and resolving nonconformances and deviations.\nCollaborating with internal cross-functional team members and external suppliers to ensure performance.\nPreparing for and participating in government inspections, and customer, notified body, and internal audits.\nYour Skills and Expertise \n To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7)years of experience in combined product, quality, engineering, and/or laboratory/technical experience in a private, public, government or military environment\nAND\nIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:\nThree (3) years of experience in the drug, pharmaceutical, and/or medical device industry\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nExperience leading and collaborating on cross-functional projects.\nExperience applying statistical and quality engineering tools, such as Gage R&R, ANOVA, FMEA, SPC, process capability analysis, regression analysis, and design of experiments (DOE).\nExperience working in an engineering, analytical chemistry, or other laboratory-based technical role.\nExperience analyzing technical, quality, manufacturing, and/or product-related issues and supporting risk-based decisions.\nExperience managing multiple priorities, projects, or initiatives and achieving established objectives.\nExperience communicating technical information to stakeholders through verbal discussions, presentations, and written communications.\nExperience leading process improvement initiatives.\nWork location:\n Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Eagan, MN)\nTravel: May include up to 20% domestic/international\nRelocation Assistance: May be authorized\nMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).\nSupporting Your Well-being\nSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
