Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.\nThe Impact You’ll Make in this Role\nThe Sales Support Admin provides sales support and internal customer transaction services, including handling inquiries, processing sample orders, and supporting sales related activities.\nThis role works closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Technical, Customer Service, and Logistics, as well as Solventum customers. The admin coordinates across functions to resolve business issues, implement service solutions, track service performance, and continuously build expertise in key service areas.\nOther responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor as needed.\nKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nSupport the Sales team with sample order management, including sample system maintenance, order entry, order status follow-up, and data maintenance.\nSupport business systems such as EPR and Echop, including report generation, printing, and distribution.\nSupport the tender and bidding process by collecting, organizing, and preparing required documents and information.\nCommunicate professionally with the Sales team by phone and in writing to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.\nProvide process and system support to internal users and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Technical, Customer Service, and Logistics, to provide high-quality support to internal and external customers.\nMonitor and manage shared Sales Support mailboxes and phone channels to ensure service requests are responded to and handled in a timely manner.\nYour Skills and Expertise\nBasic Qualifications\nExperience with SAP order management systems.\n2+ years of experience in Sales Support or a related role preferred.\nGood written English communication skills.\nAssociate degree or above.\nPreferred Qualifications\nThe following qualifications will help the candidate succeed in this role:\nExperience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.\nStrong adaptability and ability to adjust responsibilities and priorities based on changing business and organizational needs.\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with others and build alignment when needed.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with basic presentation and reporting capabilities.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.\nExperience working on or supporting cross-functional projects.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as customer service-related systems.\nWork Location: Shanghai\nHybrid\nSupporting Your Well-being\nSolventum offers programs to support employees’ physical and financial well-being.
