This role offers an excellent opportunity to build your career at Solventum within a high-performing internal audit team and support IT SOX compliance and internal control best practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about growing in the areas of internal audit and risk management.\nAs an IT Auditor, you will perform IT SOX and internal audit testing supporting the global IT Internal Audit team under the supervision of senior team members and in collaboration with the US-based team. You’ll build on a strong foundation in control testing, risk assessment, and process documentation while supporting the delivery of a high-quality audit program.\nHere, you will make an impact by:\nPerforming IT SOX, IT Application Control, and internal audit testing under the guidance of senior team members.\n\nParticipating in walkthroughs and documenting key process steps, risks, and control activities.\n\nExecuting control testing procedures, gathering and validating evidence, and maintaining quality workpapers.\n\nSupporting the evaluation of control deficiencies and assisting with remediation tracking.\n\nEnsuring testing and documentation are completed accurately and within required timelines.\n\nCollaborating with peers and process owners to enhance understanding of business processes.\n\nContributing to standardization and efficiency efforts.\n\nDemonstrating curiosity, accountability, and a commitment to learning and professional growth.\n\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field\n2-3 years of IT SOX or internal audit experience\nBig 4 or internal controls background preferred\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nCPA, CA, CISA, or similar certification strongly preferred\n\nBasic understanding of COSO, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), internal control principles and internal control best practices\n\nExperience with SAP S/4 HANA or complex data environments preferred\n\nStrong organization, communication, and teamwork skills\n\nDetail-oriented with excellent documentation practices\n\nEagerness to learn and grow in a global, fast-paced environment\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high-quality output.\n\nWork location:\n· Hybrid\nDomestic Travel: May include up to [20%]\nSupporting Your Well-being\nSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
