Here, you will make an impact by:\nHow you will make an impact\nPerform design and implementation of network solutions across AWS cloud environments, including VPC architecture, routing, segmentation, and connectivity\nExecute network infrastructure operations across AWS and enterprise environments, including firewall changes, DNS updates, certificate management, and routing configurations\nSupport hybrid and secure networking (VPNs, gateways, load balancing) while ensuring high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and performance optimization\nCoordinate follow-the-sun support with global teams and participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous service availability and rapid incident response\nPrepare automation scripts, monitoring solutions, and documentation to improve operational efficiency, standardization, and troubleshooting effectiveness\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a network related IT position\nAND\nIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:\nMinimum of 5 years work experience in enterprise networking and cloud networking (AWS VPC, routing, VPN, DNS, ALB, NLB)\nExperience with network security and infrastructure technologies (firewalls, load balancing, access controls)\nExperience supporting and troubleshooting network performance, connectivity, and production incidents\nExperience working in hybrid cloud environments with on-prem and cloud integration\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nExperience with AWS networking services (Route 53, Transit Gateway, ALB/NLB) and exposure to Azure or GCP networking \nExperience with network automation (Terraform, scripting) and monitoring tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds) \nStrong problem-solving, comprehension, and communication skills with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and issues \nDemonstrated “solver” mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to resolving complex issues and continuously improving solutions\nWork location:\n Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel toTrimodal office at least 1 day per week)\nTravel: None\nSupporting Your Well-being\nSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
