Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.\nThe Impact You'll Make in this Role\nThe Project Manager serves as the operational lead for assigned Solve Studio projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on scope and with exceptional quality. Working in close partnership with Account Managers, Creative Leaders and production partners the Project Manager creates structure, visibility, and accountability across project teams.\nThis role transforms approved briefs into executable plans, manages timelines and dependencies, coordinates resources and approvals, and proactively identifiesrisks before they impactdelivery. The Project Manager enables creatives and account leaders to focus on high-value strategic and creative work by ensuring the delivery system is organized, transparent, and consistently managed.\nKey responsibilities\nProject Planning and Orchestration\nConvert approved briefs into detailed project plans, timelinesand workback schedules.\n\nCoordinate project kickoffs and align on timing, deliverables, and review expectations.\n\nEnsure project plans are realistic, visible, and clearly understood by all contributors.\n\nCoordinate creative reviews and track feedback, decisions, scope implicationsand next steps.\n\nProject Delivery\nManage timelines, milestones, tasks, dependencies, and day-to-day delivery activity.\n\nTrack project health and maintaintimely, accuratestatus updates.\n\nIdentifyrisks early and escalate with clear options or recommendations.\n\nFacilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure work continues moving through the process.\n\nIdentifycompeting priorities and potential conflicts early.\n\nProvide clear, transparent project status updates to Account Leaders, Creative Leaders, and project teams.\n\nMaintain accountability for project execution from intake through final delivery and archival handoff.\n\nSupport Account Leaders in maintaininga responsive and seamless client experience.\n\nWorkflow and Process Excellence\nEnsure adherence to Solve Studio operating procedures, workflow standardsand documentation expectations.\n\nMaintain Workfront project integrity, including assignments, timelines, task updatesand status visibility.\n\nMonitor project complexity and workload impacts to support prioritization and resourcing decisions.\n\nCollaborate with Studio Operations and technology teams to integrate AI-driven tools into project workflows\n\nDrive continuous improvement by identifyingprocess gaps and implementing best practices\n\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or higher and 5 years of experience in project management within creative services, marketing operations, or agency environments\n\nOrganized operator, proactive risk manager, clear communicator, workflow driver, and trusted delivery partner.\n\nStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills\n\nProficiencyin project management tools and methodologies; familiarity with creative workflows\n\nAbility to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment\n\nInterest in AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies\n\nWork Location: Remote\nTravel :May include up to 10% domestic travel.\nRelocation Assistance Not Authorized\nMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.\nSupporting Your Well-being\nSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life, both physically and financially.
