This is an exciting opportunity to help strengthen a key element of Solventum’s Global Finance organization and contribute to building a strong, effective internal control environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT SOX compliance and internal audit execution, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.\nAs a Senior IT Auditor, you will execute and review portions of the IT SOX and internal audit program supporting the global IT Internal Audit team, working closely with IT Audit peers, process owners, and the US IT Internal Audit and SOX teams. You’ll gain exposure to global business processes and the technology ecosystem, and apply professional judgment in evaluating internal controls, and help drive consistent, high-quality audit delivery.\nHere, you will make an impact by:\nExecuting IT SOX testing for assigned Business Process SOX testing, IT SOX testing, IT Application Control testing, and internal audits.\nPerforming walkthroughs and documenting key controls, risks, and process flows.\nTesting control design and operating effectiveness and documenting results in accordance with audit standards.\nIdentifying and reporting control deficiencies, root causes, and potential process improvements.\nReviewing testing performed by auditors and ensuring documentation meets quality and consistency expectations.\nSupporting audit planning, issue evaluation, and status reporting activities.\nCollaborating with process and control owners to validate findings and support timely remediation.\nWorking semi-independently while aligning closely with US IT Internal Audit direction and methodology.\nContributing to continuous improvement efforts to enhance audit efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.\nYour Skills and Expertise\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Information System, Accounting, Finance, or a related field\nCPA, CISA, CIA, or CA or equivalent certification required\n3-6 years of IT SOX or internal audit experience\nBig 4 or internal controls background preferred\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nSolid understanding of COSO, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), internal control principles and internal control best practices\nExperience with SAP S/4 HANA and complex data environments\nStrong analytical, communication, and time management skills\nExperience performing walkthroughs, testing, and reporting of control results\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment\nA proactive, detail-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset\nStrong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with remote and global teams\nWork location:\n· Hybrid\nDomestic Travel: May include up to [20%]\nSupporting Your Well-being\nSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
