If you like owning problems end-to-end and enjoy the mix of data engineering, infrastructure, and applied AI, this role is for you.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\n3–5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer, with hands-on exposure to DevOps/Infrastructure and the AI/LLM ecosystem\n\nStrong data engineering fundamentals – building data pipelines, event-driven streaming, relational database design, data modeling, and query optimization\n\nExperience with a major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure), plus solid Docker and Kubernetes skills in production settings\n\nA solid Python foundation, with experience building modern, asynchronous REST APIs (FastAPI preferred)\n\nPractical experience with LLM APIs, agentic workflows, MCP servers, and vector databases\n\nA self-reliant mindset – comfortable with loose specifications, prototyping solutions, and owning your deliverables\n\nGood grounding in standard software practices, including Git and automated CI/CD pipelines\n\nA plus would be if you have:\n\nExperience with an LLM orchestration framework (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)\n\nFamiliarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar)\n\nExperience working in a fast-paced, AI-focused product or engineering team\n\nRelevant cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, or Azure)\n\nYour role at Solvership:\n\nJoining weekly meetings with the AI team for planning, brainstorming, and resource allocation\n\nRegular sync-ups with project teams to align on specifications and development status\n\nClose cooperation with the Tech Lead on design, architecture, DevOps practices, and tackling the trickier challenges\n\nBuilding and optimizing data pipelines, modeling data, and writing efficient SQL queries\n\nDesigning and developing modern, asynchronous REST APIs\n\nWorking with LLM APIs, building agentic workflows, implementing MCP servers, and working with vector databases\n\nContainerizing and deploying services (Docker, Kubernetes) and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across cloud environments\n\nDocumenting technical solutions and writing automated tests\n\nWhy Solvership?\n\nDive into cutting-edge technology, supported by a personalized development plan that evolves with you, along with a dedicated budget to fuel your continuous learning\n\nCollaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry, where innovation and expertise drive every project forward\n\nWork on exciting, high-impact projects across a range of industries, from banking to telco, healthcare, retail to tech and beyond\n\nWe’re all about your career growth!
