To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a Master Data Management Consultant who will help our clients build solid foundations for their data. You’ll design and implement MDM strategies, improve data quality, and ensure consistent, reliable information across business processes – connecting business needs with effective data management practices so clients can get more value from their data and make better-informed decisions. What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering MDM or analytical solutions in a consulting or client-facing role

• Solid understanding of MDM concepts (customer, product, supplier, etc.)

• Strong working knowledge of SQL

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

A plus would be if you have:

• Experience with leading MDM tools (e.g., Informatica, IBM, or others)

• Experience with data governance frameworks and data stewardship programs

• Your role at Solvership:

• Lead and deliver enterprise MDM projects for multiple clients across industries

• Design and implement scalable MDM strategies, architectures, and governance frameworks

• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions

• Implement MDM platforms such as IBM, Informatica, or others

• Perform data profiling, quality assessment, and data cleansing initiatives

• Support clients in establishing data stewardship roles and processes

• Act as a trusted advisor on all things MDM and data governance
